Billed on the hourly clock

  • Packing and unpacking labor
  • Stairs, elevators, and long carries
  • Waiting time if the home isn't ready when we arrive

Costs extra — we'll quote it first

  • Packing supplies — boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap
  • TV remounting and unpacking (add unpacking when you book)
  • Mattress bags and TV boxes
  • Specialty items — piano, safe, pool table
  • Junk removal or donation drop-off
  • Shuttle truck when the street can't fit a full-size truck

We'll check it and take it off your final bill.
